As an RYA and ISA registered Race Coach, Shane Hughes offers sailors and teams across the performance spectrum the opportunity to progress and improve through a range of coaching / training services such as:

• Mast tuning & sail trim setup sessions 

• Online tutorials / Webinars - distance learning / training has become a growing business during the Covid lockdown and has proved a useful medium for teams to collaborate and keep improving

• Team coaching - working with a single team or multiple teams on any and all aspects of performance from boat handling to boat speed or strategy and tactics

• Individual development - working with solo sailors and dinghy teams to develop and hone skills

• Technical analysis - sail or performance analysis, we can advise on and provide detailed analysis of your boat and teams performance and help identify areas of potential performance gain.
